Morgan County Fall Foliage Festival

A popular regional tradition, the Morgan County Fall Foliage Festival is the premier fall festival in Morgan County, providing four days of family fun culminating in Sunday's parade. Rides, games, vendor booths and more are open beginning Thursday. The festival typically takes place in downtown Martinsville on the courthouse square and adjoining streets, but will be relocated to the Morgan County Fairgrounds in 2005 and 2006 due to an ongoing construction project at the historic county courthouse..

The parade steps off at 1 pm each year, looping from the staging area at Bell Intermediate Academy, through downtown and finishing up at Martinsville High School. The Fall Foliage Festival typically falls on the second weekend of October, but see our calendar for this year's dates.
