Who's excited about attending live outdoor concerts in 2026? Announcements of performers that will be taking the stage in Morgan County have all taken place for major show and we've got all the info you need to plan your 2026 summer schedule of outdoor live music shows. (Don't forget to check out the indoor concerts at the Martinsville Entertainment Theatre, too!) Each concert series listed below is planned to take place between May and October this year. Several are free, but even those with admission charges are affordable and very family friendly, with kids age 12 and under free for most shows!
All live music events are subject to changes. Every effort is made to reschedule any shows that are called due to inclement weather. This post will be updated with any major changes as soon as we have new information.

SUMMER CONCERT SERIES
Mooresville's annual free summer concert series is back! The series will to take place at either beautiful Pioneer Park or downtown's Bicentennial Park. Shows are free and music begins at 7 pm. This fun and relaxed series will have refreshments available on site. There will be five free shows this year, ranging from May through July. Please bring your own seating, sunscreen and bug spray. This series features regionally-known bands.

FREE SUMMER CONCERT SERIES
This year's downtown summer concert series in Martinsville will feature eight free live music events. Concerts will be held this year at the brand new downtown performance venue located just off the courthouse square at the corner of Jefferson and Pike Streets, adjacent to the Art Sanctuary of Indiana. Food is available from downtown eateries, locally crafted beverages are available on-site, and admission is free. Bring your own seating. Music begins at 7:30 pm on Thursday evenings, with the exception of the expanded October 18 show featuring Christian music performers which starts at 2 pm on a Sunday. Any onsite food and drink vendors open at least approximately one hour prior to the show start time. This series features regionally-known bands.

DRINK AT THE CREEK
CONCERT SERIES
The Drink at the Creek Concert Series is back again and better than ever! This is becoming a popular signature event series for Martinsville's Cedar Creek Winery, Brew Co and Distillery, which provides a gorgeous setting complete with locally-crafted beverages and on-site food service. Admission to these shows is just $15 per person in advance and $20 at the gate. There is no admission charge for children age 12 and under for these family-friendly performances. Watch for special online advance ticket promotions, too! Adult beverages from Cedar Creek are served along with onsite food options from both Cedar Creek's Eatery and a popular local food trucks. Music begins at 6 pm; anyone on site at the winery after 4 pm on concert day requires a ticket.
Performers are often well known nationally touring tribute bands featuring some of your favorite songs, along with some popular regionally known bands as well. Be sure to bring your own seating as well as sunscreen and bug spray. A free shuttle is available from the overflow parking area at Hoosier Harvest Church. There's a show for just about every taste in this series, or if you like it all be sure to purchase a season pass! Tickets and season will be available online. This year's Drink at the Creek Concert Series schedule is below. To details to note: The Labor Day Weekend Show begins a bit earlier at 5 pm and features three performers rather than two. The final concert of the season on October 3 will feature a Big Green Egg Cookout as the main food option - all proceeds from the cookout benefit local non-profit Stability First.

SUMMER COUNTRY CONCERT
The Morgan County Fairgrounds will be the site of this year's big country music concert from RD Productions LLC, featuring four awesome acts! Tickets will be available online beginning March 28. Ticket pricing and seating will be by section. Admission will range from $25 to $100 per person. Audience seating will again be set up in the midway area of the fairgrounds, giving concert goers a nice grassy area to enjoy. Bring your chairs or blankets as each section will be festival seating within that section. Tickets will be available online at rdproductionsllc.com, including a great new money saving four-pack offer! Concert date is Saturday, June 13.
This year's country concert will feature popular country acts, Scotty McCreery and Josh Turner with Lorrie Morgan, plus opening act BIGG Country! There will be three areas of festival seating, Platinum, Gold and Silver. Gates will open for Platinum level seating at 3:30 pm; for Gold level seating at 3:45 pm and for Silver level seating at 4 pm. Music begins at 5 pm. Bring your own seating. There will be concessions on site, including locally crafted beverages from Cedar Creek Winery and Cedar Creek Brew Co.

FREE 4th of JULY ENTERTAINMENT
Entertainment for the City of Martinsville's annual Independence Day celebration at Jimmy Nash City Park will feature live music from popular regional performers. This is a free show. Entertainment will begin at 7 pm. Food vendors will be available onsite; bring your own seating. Music will conclude prior to fireworks beginning at approximately 10 pm. For those who may wish to watch from a distance, fireworks are launched from the top of the large hill inside the park, so they should be visible from a variety of locations outside the park as well. 1915 Steakhouse & Bar
One of the area's newest eateries, 1915 Steakhouse & Bar is hosting live music several times each month, featuring locally and regionally known performers. Shows are free.
67 Boars Nest
Located in Paragon, the 67 Boars Nest regularly hosts live music in the bar area. These shows are generally 21+. Though they do have a family seating area available, it is separated from the performance area.
Black Dog Brewing Company
Black Dog Brewing in Mooresville hosts live music on select Saturday evenings. Shows take place indoors throughout the year. Once the weather warms, the big overhead door to their awesome patio seating area opens up! Watch for upcoming shows on our calendar.
Cedar Creek Winery, Brew Co & Distillery
Any weekend of the year, you'll usually find live music at Cedar Creek Winery. With the exception of the Drink at the Creek Concert Series dates (detailed above), these shows are usually free of charge. Often, there are performers scheduled on Friday evenings, Saturdays beginning around 4 pm and Sundays beginning at 2 pm. Enjoy casual, live music shows for all ages along with locally crafted beverages and great food. Shows take place indoors until the weather warms, when performers move out to the big stage.
Frenchy's Pub, Morgantown
Frenchy's Pub is well known as a stop on regional motorcycle rides, but they've also started hosting occasional live music! Watch the calendar for upcoming shows.
Greek's Pizzeria The Groggy Goat, Martinsville
They don't do it often, but when Greek's hosts live music, they do it well! Their large patio and green space right on Main Street become a great seating area for a temporary stage in the adjacent alley. Watch our calendar so you don't miss out on these fun outdoor shows when they take place.
Morgan County Fair Free Stage, Martinsville
Each year, the Morgan County Fair hosts a variety of performers on their Free Stage throughout Fair Week. Watch for this year's schedule as the event gets closer. The Free Stage at the Fair features everything from cloggers to live animal shows to popular local bands, and it's only steps away from the food booths and merchant's building!
