OTHER AREA OUTDOOR VENUES

The events listed above are the major performances, but there's live music taking place in Morgan County throughout the warmer months! Be sure to check out our calendar for upcoming shows at the following venues as the weather warms. Most shows are free and open to all ages, but occasionally shows are 21+, so be sure to watch for that on individual calendar listings.

Bicentennial Park
This downtown Mooresville venue is located right at Main Street and Indiana Street, in the heart of Mooresville. Watch for upcoming events including Mooresville's summer Street Fairs in May, July and September, plus additional performances throughout the summer months.

Black Dog Brewing Company
Black Dog Brewing in Mooresville hosts live music most Saturday evenings. Shows take place indoors throughout the year. Once the weather warms, the big overhead door to their awesome patio seating area opens up! Watch for upcoming shows on our calendar.

Cedar Creek Winery, Brewery & Distillery
Any weekend of the year, you'll usually find live music at Cedar Creek Winery. With the exception of the Drink at the Creek Concert Series dates (detailed above), these shows are usually free of charge. Often, there are performers scheduled on Friday evenings, Saturdays beginning around 4 pm and Sundays beginning at 2 pm. Enjoy casual, live music shows for all ages along with locally crafted beverages and great food. Shows take place indoors until the weather warms, when performers move out to the big stage.

Downtown Martinsville Performance Venue
We mentioned the free Downtown Martinsville Concert Series above, but watch for even more fun things to happen at this brand-new venue! We've been told to expect musical performances and even some movies this summer, so we'll add those events to our calendar as we get details. Located at Jefferson and Pike Streets.

Foxcliff Golf Club
Hoosier Que at Foxcliff Golf Club hosts live music every Saturday evening. Shows move outdoors onto their patio once the weather warms. Enjoy casual, free performances from popular local (and sometimes regional) performers each Saturday along with great food from Hoosier Que!

Gather Around BBQ
Watch our calendar for occasional live music performances on the awesome patio at Gather Around BBQ in downtown Martinsville. These shows are typically informal, free and open to all ages. Enjoy great music and tasty food from this popular local eatery!

Greek's Pizzeria Martinsville
They don't do it often, but when Greek's hosts live music, they do it well! Their large patio and green  space right on Main Street become a great seating area for a temporary stage in the adjacent alley. Watch our calendar so you don't miss out on these fun outdoor shows when they take place.

Morgan County Fair Free Stage
Each year, the Morgan County Fair hosts a variety of performers on their Free Stage throughout Fair Week. Watch for this year's schedule as the event gets closer. The Free Stage at the Fair features everything from cloggers to live animal shows to popular local bands, and it's only steps away from the food booths and merchant's building!
