Stop in at Sara's Goodies on Saturday, Feb. 10 between 10 am and 1 pm and you'll find more than just great scones and coffee! It's a pop up market, just for Valentines Day. Stop in and connect with locally based artisans to craft a unique gift for your special someone. In addition to Sara's tasty custom Valentine's Day treats, you'll also find jewelry, knit and crochet items, wood creations, and more!

Also on Feb. 10, Downtown Martinsville's Love Local; Shop Local event returns just in time to get those gifts purchased for your Valentine! Come out to shop locally owned downtown shops and restaurants for a day of fun. See the Rediscover Martinsville FB page for all the details on specials, promos and pop up shops happening that day! Make it a day and enjoy lunch or dinner downtown as well!
Love Local Valentine's Dinner Event at The Peddlers Loft Cafe
The Peddlers Loft Cafe will host a Valentine's Day dinner event to coincide with the Love Local shopping event in downtown Martinsville on Feb. 10. Make your reservations now to join them for dinner seatings at 5:30 and 8 pm. You'll choose one of three entree options, each of which includes a salad, drink and dessert. Cost per couple is $55. Valentine's Dinner at Gather Around BBQ
Join Gather Around BBQ in downtown Martinsville for a very special three course, reservation only Valentine's Day dinner on Feb. 14 with seating times at 5 pm and 7 pm. Make your reservations early for this dinner experience. The fixed price menu will include a starter, main course, two sides and dessert. (Alcoholic beverages sold separately.) Please pre-order when you make your reservations.
Zydeco's Mardi Gras Bash!
Give your Valentine's Day a decidedly Cajun flair by taking your sweetheart to the big Mardi Gras Bash at Zydeco's Cajun in Mooresville! Dessert before Dinner (and other treats) at the Martinsville Candy Kitchen
The Martinsville Candy Kitchen is bringing back their popular Dessert before Dinner event! Reservations are available from Wednesday, Feb. 14 through Friday, Feb. 16, between Noon and 7 pm. Be sure to pre-order your dessert preference when you make reservations - supplies will be limited. Four tasty specialty dessert options are available this year (Vanilla Bean Cheesecake with your choice of topping, Strawberry Delight Cake, Pecan Turtle Cake and The Chocolate Mousse Bomb). You really can't go wrong with this one - reserve a table, or order for carryout. Other classic Valentine's Day treats are available as well, including chocolate covered strawberries, heart shaped candy canes and of course you can customize your own perfect box of chocolates for your special someone! Sweet Treats from Knead the Dough Bakery, Nosh Dessert Parlour or Sara's Goodies
Order up some sweet treats for your Valentine with options in both Martinsville and Mooresville. Brickhouse Loft is Martinsville's only downtown lodging option, located just steps from the downtown square's many dining and shopping opportunities. The property features eight beautiful and luxurious suites. Not to worry if they're already booked up for Valentine's Day weekend or it just doesn't work for your schedule, you can always purchase a gift certificate to stay at a later date.
