The Carnival of Cars: Midwest Edition is set to roll into Martinsville again for it's second year! This year's event will take place at the Morgan County Fairgrounds on Saturday, August 21, bringing a wide variety of cars, from classics to newer models, to participate in the car show and cruise-in event. That's not all though - this fun family-friendly event will also feature food trucks, live entertainment and more throughout the day. For those who love bass, MECA (Mobile Electronics Competition Association) will host and judge a SPL (Sound Pressure League) Smackdown bass competition, which is scheduled to begin at 10 am

Advance tickets are available online now. Early bird admission is $5 per person and car show pre-registration is $15 per vehicle. Gates will open at 9 am and the fun will run all day long, ending at 7 pm. Here's a quick look at a few of our favorite vintage vehicles from last year's show to get you in the mood. See you Saturday!
