Join the Morgan County Soil & Water Conservation District for a free Spring Wild Edibles Workshop! On Saturday, March 24, beginning at 9 am, Master Naturalist David Mow will lead a three hour workshop to help you hone your wild food foraging skills. Learn more about gathering wild edibles, early greens, young shoots and berries. The first half of the workshop will be indoors at the Morgan County Administration Building on Main Street. The second half will take place at Burkart Creek Park. Please dress for the weather and plan accordingly. Bring your own snack and water bottle, as well as a wild edible ID guide if you have one. Registration is required and must be received by March 16. Call 765-349-2060 for more details, or register online.
