Each month, 21 North partners up with an Indiana beverage purveyor and hosts a pairing dinner. The dinners are five courses and include five flight sized wines, beers, or distillery based items. With a passion for Indiana based products, 21 North takes great pride in scouting out excellent libations to bring the best experience to their guests.
Tickets are $60 and seating is limited.
Upon arrival, guests are seated at a long communal table which encourages new friendships and fellowship over food and drinks - which is exactly what Chef Matthew Karakul is inspired by. Between courses, the chef and brand representative talk about the courses pairing and flavor.
By the end of the night, everyone has indulged and enjoyed.
