Come out and participate in the Flag Town 5K Run/Walk at Pioneer Park in Mooresville on August 5. Participants will receive a commemorative Flag Town T-shirt, finisher medal and swag bag. Proceeds benefit area scholarships for students planning a career in the health and wellness fields as well as additional philanthropic projects of Lambda Nu Chapter of the Delta Theta Tau Sorority
The path is paved and runners/walkers can enjoy the trees, fields, stream and sounds of nature as they run (or walk). Packet Pickup is at Shelter 7, beginning at 7 am; race starts at 8 am.
